Order Policy

At Buynaxus, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience you can trust. Every order is carefully reviewed, packed, and shipped with attention to detail — and if anything doesn’t go as planned, our support team will handle it quickly, fairly, and with care.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check all order details (size, color, and quantity) before completing checkout to avoid issues.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@buynaxus.com and include your order number for faster assistance.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or product changes after purchase.
If you need to correct an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After that period, all sales are considered final.

✅ Eligible for return if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong product

• The product differs significantly from its description on our website

❌ Not eligible for return if:

• The item has been used, washed, or altered

• It shows minor imperfections such as loose threads or wrinkles

• It’s missing original tags or packaging

• The damage was not caused by Buynaxus

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email support@buynaxus.com and include:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

• Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

• Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable.

• If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please check with your payment provider or contact us for help.

Important Notes

• Return Window: 120 days from delivery

• Return Shipping Cost: Customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was caused by Buynaxus)

• Lost or Damaged Returns: Buynaxus is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
