Order Processing Time
We strive to process and prepare all orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons, sales events, or holidays, order processing may take a little longer — but don’t worry, you’ll receive timely email updates as your order moves through each stage.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery for every order:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days within the contiguous United States.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Coverage
Buynaxus proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Risk of Loss & Title
All shipments are sent FOB shipping point, which means ownership and responsibility for your package transfer to you once it has been accepted by the carrier. If your tracking status shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully completed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears to be lost, delayed, or stolen, we recommend the following steps:

Double-check that the shipping address you entered at checkout is accurate.

Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package.

Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking details.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@buynaxus.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Our team will investigate and do everything possible to assist.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will always work with you toward a fair resolution.
Incorrect Address Policy
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you immediately. You may choose to:

Have the order resent (additional shipping charges may apply), or

Request a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Multiple Shipments
For faster fulfillment, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment so you can monitor their progress individually.
